I. Điều khoản và điều lệ chung

1. Product warranty and return policy

• Customer are strongly encouraged to inspect the condition of the packaging box and the product immediately upon delivery.
• Toragon regrets that we do not cover any and all manufacturer defects.
• If the product is not in the correct model or quantity as ordered, customer has the option to exchange it, return it, or notify us so that we can work out a satisfactory resolution on the matter.

2. Obligations of the seller and the buyer:

Seller's obligations:

• Guides the Buyer on all information relevant to the product as needed by the Buyer.
• Answers queries and resolves issues on the product's functions and features.
• Provides sales invoice to the Buyer.
• Delivers the product to the Buyer in a timely manner after full payment was made to the Seller.

Buyer's obligations:

• Pays the full order amount as prescribed in the sale invoice.
• Supports and provides sufficient information to the Seller in relation to the transactions when the Seller requests.
• Complies with regulations and procedures related to the services prescribed by the Seller.

3. Shipping and delivery policy:

• Customers can self-collect the purchased products at Toragon store or use the door-to-door delivery service provided by Toragon with additional shipping charges.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • For delivery within Ho Chi Minh City - 1 to 3 working days
  • For Vietnam delivery outside of Ho Chi Minh City - 3 to 10 working days based on Grab, Viettel Post, GHTK, etc. Customer may choose the preferred shipping method.
  • For delivery outside of Vietnam - please approach any of Toragon staff for assistance.

4. Payment policy:

• Customer may choose any of the following payment methods:
  • Payment directly at Toragon store
    • Cash or by Debit Card payment are accepted in accordance with applicable local laws.
