1.1 The online Ba Na Hills Cable Car ticket booking system is exclusively for POP MART customers (hereinafter referred to as “ticket booking system”) attending the opening days of POP MART which is provided by TORAGON HE. By making a booking through our system, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions, and notices, including but not limited to the terms of use of the Website. If you do not intend to purchase and you do not agree with any part of these terms of use or other applicable terms and conditions, please DO NOT USE our booking system.
1.2 Information in the ticket booking system may change at any time without prior notice. Please visit our websites to review these Terms.
The booking system is for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this booking system.
3.1 The ticket booking system merely provides available Ba Na Hills cable car tickets and makes legal reservations for you and those traveling with you. We reserve the right to deny your access to the system when we suspect you abuse the system.
3.2 Your booking is subject to other terms and conditions. Using our system you will be subject to the terms and conditions of purchase, including payment in full upon purchase and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding fare availability, product or service.
3.3 You have the right to use the booking system to legally purchase tickets.
4.1 There must be an adult who accompany infants (under 2 years old at the time of ticket use) and children (from 2 to under 12 years old at the time of ticket use). Tickets for infants or children accompanied by an adult booked on the system must be made in the same booking. Children under 1 meter in height will be entitled to complimentary admission, children between 1 meter and 1.4 meters in height will purchase tickets at a special children's rate, and children over 1.4 meters in height will purchase tickets at the adult rate.
4.2 After you book a ticket and pay successfully on the system, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the ticket's QR code.
4.3 You must pay immediately when booking. Ticket prices, taxes and fees will be recorded on the system and calculated in VND.
4.4 You must present the QR code at the POP MART information counter in the entrance lobby of Sun World Ba Na Hills to exchange for a physical ticket to the cable car and receive POP MART gifts.
5.1 The system does not accept use for illegal purposes. You may not use the TORAGON HE booking system to make any unauthorized, speculative, or fraudulent bookings.
5.2 You must not:
(a) resell ticketing system services to third parties; or
(b) use the ticketing system for any activity that involves a violation of law; or
(c) use the booking system to interfere with the bookings of other users; or
(d) use other methods to transact or collect information when you are unable to use our systems.
If TORAGON HE's ticketing system suspects that you have violated, or will violate, one of the conditions of use, TORAGON HE reserves the right to cancel your booking without giving a reason or notifying you.
TORAGON HE has all rights (including service marks, copyrights and patent rights) on the software, information and documents available in the booking system. You do not have the right to download or obtain any software, information or documents available in the system without the written permission of TORAGON HE and in full compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations. other applicable.
You must commit to being of legal age to use the booking system in accordance with the conditions of use and to be legally responsible during the use of the booking system on this website. You are responsible, financially, for all uses of this website including by yourself and those using your login information. You will manage all uses of the booking system under your name or account. The booking system is provided “as is” at your own risk and you are responsible for your use of the booking system including any personal or business information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TORAGON HE disclaims all warranties and representations with respect to the booking system including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or other proprietary rights or compatibility between the reservation system and any software or hardware.
TORAGON HE does not warrant that your access to and/or use of the booking system will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information, data, content, software or other materials may Access in the system will be free of errors, viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TORAGON HE shall not be liable for damages, losses, claims, including due to negligence, whether actual, incidental, arising or arising. Causes related to any of the following:
(a) access or use the booking system;
(b) data, information or documents contained in the booking system including use of such data, information or documents for ticket checking, booking or any other use;
(c) provide any personal or business information, including banking and credit card details;
(d) the operation or cessation of the system or the failure of any function or service associated with the booking system, in whole or in part;
(e) any unauthorized access or breach of security to the global computer network booking system; and
(f) any booking made through the system that is unregistered or incomplete or delayed or in error.
TORAGON HE may cancel or suspend use of the booking system at any time without notice if TORAGON HE suspects that the booking system or your User ID and password are being used, or can be used:
(a) by a person without your permission; or
(b) violation of the conditions of use; or
(c) in a manner that may cause damage to you or TORAGON HE. TORAGON HE may, at any time, unilaterally and without cause or notice, terminate or limit your access to the booking system or refuse to give effect to any booking made through system without giving any reason or notice to you.
TORAGON HE will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information you store in the booking system will be kept confidential and protected from unauthorized access but TORAGON HE does not guarantee against unauthorized access and will not responsible before the law for any unauthorized access to such information.
The Terms are construed and governed by the laws of Vietnam and you consent to the judgment of the courts in Vietnam.
